Seven Magic Mountains is an artistic piece on a large scale outside of Las Vegas off of I-15. It was completed by Ugo Rondinone in 2016. It was meant as a temporary exhibit but its success has lead it to remain in place. Sponsored by the Art Production Fund. It is described as a large scale desert art. It is close to Jean Dry Lake. It is in the Mojave desert. The mountains vary from three to six stones and are all over 30 feet tall. There is one of three stones, two of four, two of five and two of six stones. They have florescent colors. The mountain of three stones looks like a Mine Craft figure but the others look like balanced rocks for meditation.
They make you wonder how the blocks of limestone are stuck together. Do the strictly use gravity or is there glue involved.
