I do not like it when people steal plaques and such, thinking their need to melt down some bronze for cash is greater than the publics need to know or remember or enjoy.

I drove past a strange art object of a bird. It advertised itself as Avian Forest and is on Bellevue Blvd. between Fontanelle Forest and Camp Wakonda.
There are many excellent artists. Native American art has a special flavor, often pointing towards past oppressions. They also cary a different spirit.
